Rainwater passes through the clay and seeps into the faults in the limestone to form underground rivers. This hydrogeological system perfectly drains the soil, and the vine roots grow into the limestone where they get all the minerals. The location in the Euille valley brings autumn freshness necessary to the particular development of complex aromatic Sauvignon and Merlot.
